- I give consent for photographs/video taken of this participant during the program to be used by Zoos Victoria.
- I understand that there are some activities within Zoo grounds where participants will not be under the direct supervision of a staff member.
- I understand that participants are to remain in the Zoo grounds.
- I understand that participants are responsible for providing and carrying with them any personal medication. First aid will be provided by a qualified Zoos Victoria First Aid Officer.
